Across schools, universities, and workplaces, expectations have changed. Employers seek graduates who can collaborate, problem-solve, and communicate. Organisations need teams that can adapt quickly. At every stage of life, leadership skills have become essential - not optional.

Despite studying at some of the highest institutions and even taking on formal leadership qualifications, we experienced first hand the lack of provision of a comprehensive leadership education.
