Young people spend the majority of their time in highly structured, predictable environments (school, home, extracurriculars). By removing them from these familiar contexts and placing them in an immersive, challenge-driven environment, we disrupt their default patterns of thinking and behaving.

During a two-day leadership intensive, students are faced with novel problems that cannot be solved using their usual strategies.
